KARACHI – Raees alias Mam, a proclaimed terrorist who was involved in crimes such as target killing and china-cutting – has returned to Karachi from Dubai, local media reported.
As per reports, the accused had left Dubai fearing his life after another proclaimed terrorist Saeed alias Bharam was arrested last month. During the Karachi Operation, Raees hid in South Africa and Dubai. Mama is affiliated to a political party and during the Karachi Operation, Raees hid in South Africa and Dubai.
